Our company offers real estate intermediation services for residential, industrial real estate property purchases on the whole territory of Hungary, but mainly in Budapest. Our office offers comprehensive service for both sellers and buyers.
At the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Budapest, the oldest district of Buda, overlooking the most frequented square of the Castle District, the Holy Trinity Square. The monumental building, which was completely renovated in 2018, is now home to a doctoral school, the Pallas Athena Domus Animae Foundation and a large restaurant cafe. On behalf of the Foundation we were assigned several steps to evaluate the real estates of the four floors of the 3400 m2 building.
One of the tasks of URBAN was to make a feasibility study for one of the largest startup community in Central Europe. The project managenet included the preparation of the business plan, financial model, facility management strategy, architectural design, marketing strategy, benchmark analysis, communication strategy and action plan required for its operation and efficiency. RoomLi is not a standard AIRBNB development: situated in the heart of the 7th district of Budapest, in the Rumbach Sebestyén Stree on the ground floor of a hundred-year-old apartment building of a former printing house. On 550 square meters, 11 small apartments are built for short term rentals, each with courtyard access. URBAN PM Ltd. participates in the project as a co-owner and developer, as well in the execution drawing phase.

Elaboration of a preliminary development concept including a real estate market study for the industrial and institutional areas that are to be established in the ELI Science Park project. The 60-hectare development is to be realised in collaboration with the University of Szeged, the ELI-Alps Research Centre and the Government of Hungary.
