Castle District Real Estate Valuation

At the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Budapest, the oldest district of Buda, overlooking the most frequented square of the Castle District, the Holy Trinity Square. The monumental building, which was completely renovated in 2018, is now home to a doctoral school, the Pallas Athena Domus Animae Foundation and a large restaurant cafe. On behalf of the Foundation we were assigned several steps to evaluate the real estates of the four floors of the 3400 m2 building.

RoomLi is not a standard AIRBNB development: situated in the heart of the 7th district of Budapest, in the Rumbach Sebestyén Stree on the ground floor of a hundred-year-old apartment building of a former printing house. On 550 square meters, 11 small apartments are built for short term rentals, each with courtyard access. URBAN PM Ltd. participates in the project as a co-owner and developer, as well in the execution drawing phase.
