One of the tasks of URBAN was to make a feasibility study for one of the largest startup community in Central Europe. The project managenet included the preparation of the business plan, financial model, facility management strategy, architectural design, marketing strategy, benchmark analysis, communication strategy and action plan required for its operation and efficiency.
