The villa is located in the II. district at one of the streets of Petneházy meadow, in the vicinity of newly built and contemporary buildings. The plan shapes a sleek crowd into the slightly sloping terrain, where service and garage functions sink halfway into the ground while the living area stands out dynamically. The building is designed for a modern couple, for whom the emphasis on a private but bright sleeping area and an open, spacious living room was a major consideration. On the ground floor you will find the main entrance, from where you can access the living area by internal stairs. In contrast to the compactness of the ground floor, the upstairs is bright thanks to the large glass surfaces. While the south-facing bedroom and living room are almost completely glazed, the bathroom, guest room, kitchen and children's room are covered by a more intimate façade design facing the street and the neighbor. The terrace extends beyond the façade of the building, thus emphasizing the connection of the green surface with the built one. At the end is a seating area, a garden barbecue, the top is covered by a lightweight roof, as well as one side.
